Hello all!   It is almost too good to be true that I am here in another part of the world.   All who have been on missions trips know what I mean.   I have had safe travels - not a lot of sleep while travelling, but good sleep since I arrived here Friday night.   My flight from Washington, D.C. to Addis Abeba was over an hour late, which meant I was late for my connection to Mombasa.   I was worried about that, but when I stepped off the plane they were calling for Mombasa, and we were escorted to a bus that took us out to our waiting plane.  Thanks for your prayers.   I met three pastors I will be teaching on my way home from the airport.  I spent most of Saturday recovering from jet lag.   Our team leader Jim had to return to Mombasa to get my luggage that didn't make it with me.   I .will be preaching in a church tomorrow.   Our conference will begin on Monday morning.  My class is at 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. I am teaching on understanding and dealing with cults.

I am feeling well, pray that I will continue to.   As I was reading on the plane, God led me to Romans 1:11-12.  That is my goal for this trip - pray that God will accomplish that.   I have been praying for family fun day - hope it went well.   I   have a great team to work with here.   My fellow teachers will be Pastor Esron from Rwanda, and Al Lewis from Ft. Dodge, Iowa.   Pray also for Bishop Daniel Mambo who is the leader of these churches and is coordinating this conference, along with Jim Watson from Canon City, Colorado EFC.  Thanks to all and God bless!  Pastor Jack
